• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice
• Payment must be made at the time of order placement
• We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email once your order ships.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999
• Delivery times may vary due to location and other factors
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners

8. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Eligibility is set per product and is stated on each product page — an item may be returnable, replaceable, both, or neither. Where an option is available, entitlements apply per item in an order and are limited as follows:

• An item may be returned for a refund once
• An item may be replaced once; a second replacement of the same item is not offered
• If a replacement is unsatisfactory, that item may still be returned for a refund
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery; for a replaced item a fresh 7-day window runs from the date the replacement is delivered
• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact
• Refunds are made to the original payment method; a replacement carries no refund
• The eligibility shown on the product page at the time you place an order is the eligibility that applies to that order. Any later change to a product affects new orders only
