All major and minor cities across India
Rural Areas
Most rural PIN codes across India
Remote Locations
Subject to courier serviceability
Note: Delivery to a small number of remote PIN codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If we are unable to ship to your location, our team will contact you.
Order Processing Timeline
Order Confirmation
You receive an email as soon as your order is placed and confirmed.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
Delivery
Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 3-5 business days.
Weekends & Holidays
Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- An email with your tracking number and a link to the courier
- Live status in My Orders when you are logged in
- Tracking on our Track Order page using your Order ID
Return & Replacement Pickup
Sending something back costs you nothing — we arrange the pickup from the same address the order was delivered to.
Free Pickup
No pickup or return shipping charges on eligible requests
Pickup Tracking
A tracking number appears in My Account → Returns once the courier collects your item
Replacement Dispatch
Replacements ship after the original item is collected, with their own tracking number
One Replacement Per Item
Where the product allows it, an item can be replaced once; after that it can still be returned for a refund
